It improves conveyer productivity under even the most severe operating conditions.

 

“JYOTI” RUBBER BACKED CERAMIC PULLEY LAGGING is combination of High-Grade Rubber & Alumina Ceramic which cover the Pulley Face & become its drive surface create the Highest Co-efficient of friction even for the material under wet, dry or muddy conditions. As a result, Rubber Backed Ceramic enables users to avoid over tensioning of belt in search of better traction which often leads to such maintenance problems such as Damaged Pulleys, Shortened Bearing Life, Failed Splices and Broken Belts. Ceramic Lagging for Pulley is bonded with rubber by hot vulcanizing.
