Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of packaging if unopened.

We offer Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer with high-quality Zinc Dust to our valuable clients. This primer provides significant benefits over normal Iron oxide primers. The Zinc pigment in the dry film provides excellent protection to steel surfaces, tanks, pipelines, and plant components in both interior and exterior surfaces exposed to damaging conditions.

Additionally, it provides cathodic protection to steel and offers good resistance by undercoating damaged areas. This primer can be overcoated with a wide range of topcoats.

PROTECTIVE COATING THAT PREVENTS RUST FORMATION ON THE FERROUS METAL SURFACE.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Use a brush or a short pile roller for applying Red Oxide. Thinning is not required if applying by brush or roller.

Use Thin primer 10% to 15% by volume with reducer for airless sprayer.

To achieve the right consistency use solvent in little-little quantity.

With a minimum working pressure of 2000 psi spray red oxide primer onto the surface.

Apply 1 coat to provide an adequate base coat to your metal.

Touch dry 15 minutes. To handle 1 hour and recoat time 4 hours.

SAFETY PROCESS: 

 Stability of thinned paint to be used with in 24hrs.

 This product is flammable

 Work in a well-ventilated place
