This product has high performance with 100% volume of solid which is two component high performance epoxy-based material that cures at room temperature and is designed for leak seal, patch work, Gap filling, metal surface rebuilding before powder coating process & for strong bonding with any steel, aluminium and metal surface. This material sustains up to 400℃ during powder coating process for certain time period.

How to Use JSMP-CM-99:

1. Clean the area and remove rust, grease, and moisture.

2. Mix equal amounts of both parts until you get a uniform grey color.

3. Apply the mixed putty directly to the damaged area.

4. Let it cure for at least 2 hours. Avoid moving or loading the area during this time.

5. After curing, shape or finish as needed.
